1. Use of Website
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our Website.
1.2 You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion.
2. Travel Bookings & Products
2.1 We act as an agent in arranging and facilitating bookings for flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, and other travel-related products.
2.2 All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
2.3 Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking confirmation is issued.
2.4 Availability of products and services is not guaranteed until confirmed by the provider.
3. Payments
3.1 Payments must be made via the payment methods available on our Website.
3.2 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Full payment may be required before a booking can be confirmed.
3.4 We are not responsible for additional charges such as bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by third parties.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the relevant service provider.
4.2 Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
4.3 Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@elitetravel.co.za
4.4 Where refunds are applicable, processing times will depend on the service provider.
5. User Accounts
5.1 You may be required to create an account to make purchases.
5.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
5.3 Any activity under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or licensed to us.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 We act only as an agent for third-party providers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or default.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages arising from the use of services booked through us.
7.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

9. Pricing Structure
* All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
* Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to factors such as airline fares, accommodation rates, fuel surcharges, or exchange rate fluctuations.
* Quoted prices include all applicable taxes and service charges unless specified otherwise.
* A service/administration fee may apply to bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
* Full payment is required before tickets, accommodation vouchers, car rental confirmations, or tour itineraries are issued.
10. Cancellation Policy
*Flights**: Cancellation terms are governed by the airline’s fare rules. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Some tickets may allow changes subject to airline fees.
*Accommodation**: Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may attract penalties up to 100% of the booking value, depending on the supplier’s policy.
*Car Rentals**: Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up may attract supplier penalties.
*Tours & Packages**:
* 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 14–7 days before travel.
* 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of travel.
* 100% cancellation fee (no refund) for cancellations within 48 hours of travel or no-shows.
* Cancellation terms from suppliers will always be communicated at the time of booking.
11. Refund Policy
* Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, car rental provider, or tour operator.
* Elite Travel & Bookings’ service/administration fees are **non-refundable**.
* Refund processing can take **6–12 weeks**, depending on the supplier’s timelines.
* Refunds will only be made to the original payment method (e.g., EFT or card used for booking).
* Partial refunds may be available in cases where suppliers allow, less applicable fees.
12. No-Show Policy
* A **“no-show”** occurs when a traveler does not arrive for a booked service (flight, accommodation, transfer, car rental, or tour) without prior notice.
* No-shows are treated as **cancellations with 100% penalty**, meaning no refund will be issued.
* For flights, hotels, or car rentals, suppliers may cancel the entire booking if the traveler fails to check in at the scheduled time.
* Elite Travel & Bookings cannot be held responsible for missed services due to client delays, incorrect information provided at booking, or failure to meet supplier requirements.
* Clients are encouraged to notify us immediately if they expect delays or cannot use a service. In some cases, rebooking may be possible, subject to supplier availability and applicable fees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our Website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
